Hah! I like how they got the mask in there, too, because Palantir facilitated getting the lethal injections into people. They boast about it, no less!

Constitutionally he can't. Only Congress has the alleged authority to declare a state of war. But, should that happen, then, yes, he would happily throw American bodies into the meat grinder for his masters in Israel.
