We do not use your mobile number for marketing, promotional, or advertising messages. No mobile information obtained as part of the SMS consent process is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is shared only with our SMS delivery provider for the sole purpose of transmitting these messages to you, and with law enforcement where required by law. You may remove your phone number or switch to email verification at any time in your account settings.

14. Google User Data and YouTube API Services

WorldsWave uses YouTube API Services to power the YouTube destination in our multistreaming tool. By connecting a YouTube channel to WorldsWave you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and data handled by Google is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

a. What Google user data we access. When you choose to connect your Google account, we request a single read-only permission, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly. This lets us read your YouTube channel list and your existing live broadcast settings. We do not request write access, and we never create, modify, or delete YouTube videos, broadcasts, comments, subscriptions, or playlists.

b. How we use it. We use this data for one purpose only: to confirm that your channel is enabled for live streaming, and to display the correct channel so you can select it as a destination for your multistream inside your WorldsWave dashboard. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any form of automated decision-making.

c. How we store it. We store the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google, together with the minimum channel identifiers required to route your stream, on our own servers. We retain them only for as long as your YouTube account remains connected to WorldsWave.

d. How we share it. We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties. We do not permit humans to read this data except where you have given explicit consent, where it is necessary for security purposes or to investigate abuse, or where we are required to do so by law.

e. Limited Use. WorldsWave's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

f. Revoking access and deleting your data. You may disconnect your YouTube account at any time from the Multistream tab of your WorldsWave dashboard, or revoke WorldsWave's access directly through your Google Account permissions page. When access is revoked we delete the stored tokens and the associated channel identifiers. You may also request deletion by emailing support@worldswave.com.

15. Mobile Application (Android)

This section describes practices specific to the Worlds Wave Android application, in addition to everything described above.

a. Camera and microphone. The app requests access to your device's camera and microphone so that you can broadcast live video and audio. These are used when you are previewing, starting, or running a broadcast. The app supports broadcasting from the front and rear cameras at the same time; when you use this, both camera feeds form part of your broadcast.

b. Capture continues in the background during a broadcast. So that your stream does not cut out when you switch apps or turn off your screen, the app uses an Android foreground service while you are broadcasting. Android displays an ongoing notification for the whole time the app is capturing, and capture stops when you end the broadcast.

c. Screen sharing. If you choose to share your screen during a broadcast, the app uses Android's screen capture permission to include your device's screen in your stream. Android asks you to confirm before screen capture begins. While screen sharing is active, anything visible on your screen forms part of your broadcast, including notifications and other apps, so end screen sharing before viewing anything you do not wish to broadcast.

d. Broadcasts, recordings and clips. Live broadcasts are transmitted to your audience in real time. Broadcasts may also be recorded and stored so that they can be replayed after the stream ends, and clips may be created from them. Recordings and clips are User-Generated Content under Section 1(c) and are shared as described in Section 3.

e. Notifications. With your permission, the app sends push notifications about activity relevant to your account. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

f. Payments. Purchases made through the Service are processed by a third-party payment processor, which handles your payment card details under its own privacy policy.

g. Managing app permissions. You can review or revoke the app's camera, microphone and notification permissions at any time in Android under Settings > Apps > Worlds Wave > Permissions. Revoking camera or microphone access prevents you from broadcasting, but you can continue to use the rest of the Service.

h. Deleting your data. You can request deletion of your account and the data associated with it as described in Section 4 and Section 11, or by emailing support@worldswave.com.
