You can delete your Worlds Wave account and the data that goes with it at any time, from the

balance on the account is lost.
1. Delete it in the Worlds Wave app
- Open the Worlds Wave app and sign in.
- Tap your profile picture at the top of the screen.
- Tap Settings, then Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
2. Delete it on the website
- Sign in at worldswave.com.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Signed up with Google or Apple, or can't sign in? Accounts created with Google or
Apple have no password you know. Email
support@worldswave.com
from the email address on the account, with the subject
Delete my account and your
username. We confirm the request came from you, then delete the account within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
- Your profile: username, name, email address, phone number, address, bio and the other
profile fields, your profile photo and cover image.
- Your posts, comments, replies, reactions, stories and saved posts.
- Your private messages and group chats.
- Your followers and following lists, blocks and notifications.
- Your groups, pages, events and marketplace listings, and your membership of others'.
- The gifts shown on your profile.
- Your sign-in sessions on every device.
4. What is kept, and for how long
- Past live broadcasts, their recordings and their live-chat comments are not
yet removed by the automatic deletion. Email
support@worldswave.com
and we remove them within 30 days.
- Records of Wavium purchases, gifts and balances are kept for up to 7 years
where tax and accounting law requires it. The balance itself can no longer be used. Google Play
keeps its own record of every purchase made through it.
- Server backups are overwritten on a rolling cycle. Deleted data is gone from
them within 30 days.
