By using WorldsWave Live Streaming, you agree to these Terms. The platform is designed for open expression, but use requires agreement to these rules.

WorldsWave supports 100% real free speech. We do not restrict content based on opinions, beliefs, or viewpoints. However, content that violates laws or directly harms others is not protected.

4. Creator Responsibility

As a creator-first platform, you are responsible for your content. You agree not to:

Stream illegal content

Incite violence or credible harm

Make direct threats or targeted harassment

Share non-consensual or exploitative explicit material

5. Content Ownership

You own your content. By streaming, you grant WorldsWave a license to host and distribute it on the platform.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

WorldsWave does not moderate based on opinions. Enforcement is limited to:

Legal compliance and safety

Preventing direct, physical harm

Protecting platform security

8. Intellectual Property

You must have rights to all streamed content. Unauthorized use of copyrighted material may result in action where required by law.
