WorldsWave Affiliate Program Terms

Effective Date: October 13, 2025

1. Introduction

WorldsWave’s Affiliate Program allows creators and users to earn commissions by referring new users, promoting content, or sharing approved affiliate links. Participation requires acceptance of these terms along with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• Must have a valid WorldsWave account in good standing.
• Must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.

3. Affiliate Links & Tracking

• Affiliates receive unique tracking links or codes to track referrals.
• Commissions are earned only when referrals meet the program criteria (e.g., sign-up, subscription, purchase).
• Affiliates may not manipulate or self-refer using multiple accounts.

4. Commission & Payment

• Commission rates are set by WorldsWave and may be updated at any time.
• Payments are processed on a monthly schedule after minimum payout thresholds are met.
• Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations in their jurisdiction.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• ? Use spam, misleading ads, or unlawful marketing tactics.
• ? Misrepresent WorldsWave or falsely claim affiliation with the company.
• ? Post affiliate links in unauthorized locations or platforms.

Violation may result in suspension or termination from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Termination

• WorldsWave reserves the right to terminate or modify the Affiliate Program at any time.
• Affiliates may terminate participation by notifying WorldsWave.
• Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if terms are violated.

7. Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. All affiliates are responsible for reviewing updates. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
