What does "minimal risk criteria" mean? According to them, it means 'nothing that doesn't happen in normal everyday life.' Does death happen in everyday, normal life? Yes. So they have given themselves the legal authority to do experiment on people w/o their consent, even if it kills you.

In 2024 the Biden administration extended the legality of this law to include private entities, private institutions, and universities.

If you FOIA the US Government to find out if you are one of their experiments, they reply that under national security protocols they do not have to provide you that data.

What has this already led to? People who are being diagnosed with Havana Syndrome and being classified as having schizophrenia and so then being given forced hospitalization. People have been going to doctors and having themselves carefully examined and are finding 1+ biosensors inside themselves now. And when they have them surgically removed the Havana Syndrome symptoms are also removed! So the devices have been CAUSING the symptoms and leading to people's forced hospitalization. These people were given schizophrenia. All without their consent, and now perfectly legal according to the criminal US Government, which enabled it.
