Anyone else notice this cycle? I just want to point out that in a free-market system the big swings are less severe, because people in free-markets are kept in constant competition, which keeps the development of weak men from becoming too large. -- On the other side of it, in state systems you not only get a larger group of weak men, but it happens quickly. -- All the incentives of statism are bad and unhealthy.
