Looks like I spoke too soon. While this was the sky an hour ago, I just went out and said to myself, "Huh, those clouds sure look like the ones that form from chemtrails." So I started to move around the tress and search around and sure enough, up above and behind those clouds was a blatant chemtrail from skyline to skyline. An older chemtail was across the other half of the sky, and as I watched a 4th trail was being laid down by a large high-flying plane. -- So it looks like operations have been started back up.
