Aleksey Meshkov, Russian Ambassador to France, warns, "If NATO shoots down a Russian plane under the pretext of an alleged violation of its airspace, this will be war."
The statement comes after Russian jets and drones have been flying over parts of Eastern Europe, leading to Estonia invoking NATO's Article 4.
