This our back room at my job. I gotta go back to work tomorrow. But my stamina has been larger than ever since.
I have been doing a maximum of 2 mins to about 4 minutes and 10 seconds running in place and I have lost significant weight. Eating less junk food and not eating three times a day.
I wanna live long and i wanna have a very healthy life. I still have cravings every now and then but that’s because I’m not eating as much as I was.
