I don't mind if the reason was that it was not under their granted authority, but retained by the union states; the less overreach the federal government has, the better, in my book. -- A year ago I looked back into the fluoride issue because I was wanting to see if my area was using it, and they were saying that it's only in about 30% of USA's water. Most states have discontinued it and switched to other means for 'public water.'
