We see red blood cells clumping in the vaxxed. This is another thing you can do to try and fight some of the effects. Healthy people also benefit from this, what's happening is electrons are flowing up from the earth to replace ones you've lost to oxidative stress and other factors.

Anti-oxidants are another method to try and recover lost electrons, but grounding is so much better because you know you're getting all you need. Personally, I sleep grounded, using a 'static charge' bracelet clipped to a copper wire that runs out the window and into the earth. That way my electrons are topped off during the full sleep cycle.
