The very next day 2 people were shot in an ICE protest in Portland, Oregon, the 33rd state, where another agent fired and shot a 33-year-old man, and a 32-year-old woman, a mother of 3. Her children are ages 15, 12, and 6. 15+12+6=33. Renee was the original woman killed, the name in French means 'reborn' or 'born again'.
