Don't go overboard w/ the spinach, because while it makes you powerful like Popeye, your body can only process so much of it before it starts creating problems. Not only are we being sprayed daily with poison, but many modern conveniences around us are toxic for us as well. Petroleum plastics, forever-chemicals, heavy-metals, herbicides, pesticides, our natural bodies are being attacked from all sides.
