Hey everyone! Deadlifts today... went for 573 for 10 sets of 1 and managed 6 sets. Kinda bummed because I wanted all 10, but now I know what I’m working toward in November 💪 573 for the full 10x1 is the goal. I’ll keep you posted on how that goes, including the sessions that don’t go how I hoped lol.

Currently clipping content from past gym and gaming streams, making some instrumentals with Suno, and getting posts out too. Got a mix of lifting, gaming, and music to spend some time on today.
