I had to share this news with you guys, right away. This morning, I made the family a breakfast shake (lots of slow burn protein and fats--great way to start the day and have steady, high energy throughout the day.) Well, I put 1/4th of a teaspoon of this new powder in from some plant called Tongkat Ali. The bad news is, it kind of ruined the breakfast shakes because it is REALLY strong! Even that small amount for 4 people was too much, taste-wise.
But here's the serendipitous part of the story: we all downed the shakes, and within--I'd say 30 minutes--I was just buzzing with energy. I mean, brimming! I jumped on the bike and took the dogs out on a patrol, and I was just tearing around the neighborhoods. Coming back, I felt like I could take on an army. I've been just running everywhere since. Running here, running there--with energy to tackle all kinds of more stuff.
Realizing the dramatic change, I looked the stuff up to see what it was. Here's what it says: "It is widely marketed as a dietary supplement, primarily promoted for its potential to boost testosterone levels, enhance sexual and athletic performance, improve mood, reduce stress, and support bone health."
One of the insidious way the depopulations are attacking us, is by attacking our energy levels. Poor, cheap foods, EMFs, adrenal squeezers like coffee, heavy metals in the skies, our drinking water, damaging and lowering our testosterone levels, et al. All of these tactics are to suppress our energy levels; making it so we cannot fight back--so that we don't have the ENERGY to fight back.
Things like methylene blue have recently come onto the markets, which help, but those also have drawbacks. As I posted before, methylene blue is a bio-resource squeezer--it's good for a SHORT period to help the body replace lazy mitochondria, but is damaging to our body and organs with longer use.
But the energy from this Tongkat Ali feels different, more like a stable upwelling of energy that's probably coming from restored testosterone levels. My family members are feeling it the same way--they're all running around doing works with all the new energy levels as I type this.
So, personally, I'm certainly going to be taking this stuff daily from now on. The recommended amount for men is 1/8th of a teaspoon per day. For women, it's 1/16th of a teaspoon per day.
