Stew Peters has put together the footage showing Charlie's executioner. This guy has the remote under his left short-sleeve, and when he gets the signal from the guy in the black t-shirt behind Charlie, he presses the button. He then jumps the fence and passes the remote off to another 'security' guy, who runs out of the area with it. Now, if the executor gets detained, he has nothing on him to hold him for.

The further I go down this rabbit hole, the more complex it gets. A former CIA agent on Redacted News (in another post I just made) points out that if the 'mic' under his shirt detonated and shot a bullet, the 'mic' would have moved in the opposite direction. But that's not what we see in the video--and that anomaly had not occurred to me because the rest of the shirt behaves as if something had been detonated towards his neck. He also points out that the isn't an arterial spurt, but instead behaves as blood does when the heart has exploded. This may be immaterial if the 'blood' was what the holoprojector was for, but still I present the information.
