At WorldsWave LLC, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment for all creators and users. To enforce our Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy, we maintain a clear policy regarding repeated violations.
1. Standard Enforcement Progression
Unless an offense warrants immediate permanent termination, violations of our Acceptable Use Policy follow a three-step escalation process:
- First Offense (Warning Removal): The non-compliant content will be removed immediately, and a formal warning will be issued to the account holder explaining the violation.
- Second Offense (Temporary Suspension): A second violation will result in the immediate removal of content and a temporary account suspension of up to 14 days. During this period, account features such as posting, commenting, and interaction will be restricted.
- Third Offense (Permanent Termination): A third violation will result in the permanent closure and termination of the user account. Associated registration details, IP addresses, and identifiers may be banned from creating future accounts.
2. Immediate Termination Exceptions
Certain severe violations bypass the standard warning progression and will result in immediate permanent account termination on the first offense. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Content engaging in, encouraging, or promoting unlawful violence or violent extremism.
- Hate speech or targeted harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or any other immutable characteristic.
- Direct threats of physical harm or severe illegal acts.
3. Automated Detection Appeals
WorldsWave LLC utilizes a combination of automated content detection tools and user reports to monitor compliance. If you believe your content was flagged or your account was penalized in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting our compliance team.
