Ukraine, backed by the West, used a drone to strike a dormitory of Starobelsk Professional College in Russian-controlled Luhansk on the 22nd. This murdered 21 people, most of whom were girls ages 18 to 23. When any party deliberately targets civilians, it is a terrorist act—it doesn't matter who you are, and it doesn't matter whether you're at war or not.
Russia condemned it as such, and their response was to tell the world to get their diplomatic ambassadors and other such people out of Kyiv before imminent bombing ensues at any moment. Russia does not have a reputation for bluffing and lying, as the West does. Yet European countries and the US & Israhell are behaving like they aren't really about to do it. They are acting like it's a joke when the warning was made in the most serious terms. What's more, the US sent senators there!
This tells us that either the US and Europe are bungling fools or that they want diplomats and these people to die to create an incident—and at this point we really don't know which it is; they've all been so unbelievably incompetent. Why they would want that, I don't know because neither the US, Europe, or NATO can stop Russia from retaking Kyiv and then Odesa before this is over if they want to.
