This is a state-created problem because people become habituated to depending on the state to protect them, and the state does not always do so, or it lags behind for a long time until a lot of damage has already been done. Competitive watchdog organizations should be what people use, and not these states. Not to mention that most, if not all, of these bioweapon jabs were state-subsidized and may have never been invented in free markets where companies need results that aren't things like autism.
