Wow. This explains three things:

1. What the detonation under Charlie's shirt was doing.
2. Why we only saw one exit wound w/ no corresponding entry wound.
3. What that strange guy with the grin was doing in the crowd. You can clearly see him pinch a device under his shirt, which corresponds to Charlie's mic detonating (well, shooting a bullet up through his collar and neck).

Man, this rabbit-hole--I swear. But if the bullet wound is real, where is the blood later when they are carrying him to the SUV?
