Interesting coincidence here that keeps happening.
As you hear in the news, a devastating hurricane hit Jamaica. But before the hurricane, the WEF came out with a 'Jamaica 2030' plan, which involves 15-minute cities.
SO... did they steer/modify this hurricane to wipe out Jamaican infrastructure to create 15-minute cities?
Reminds me of the hurricanes last year that destroyed houses in the lithium-rich areas.
