Another way is to use the HAARP-style land-based energy emitters (which are all over the country now and are being used to help form clouds to help create the 'global warming' narrative) and project billions of watts of microwaves up into the ionosphere. This heats the air, causing it to rise, bubbling upwards into space. Then they cut it and quickly cooling it comes down and THUMPS the earth under it, causing any faults under tension to slip. AKA your earthquakes.
