Welcome to WorldsWave Advertising Center ("WorldsWave," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the WorldsWave Advertising Center platform and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.1. Acceptance of TermsBy using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you’re using the Service for a business, you represent you have the authority to bind that entity.2. The Service WorldsWave Advertising Center offers tools to create, manage, and distribute digital advertisements. We may update or discontinue features of the Service at any time without notice.3. Your Responsibilities3.1 AccountYou may need an account to use the Service. Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You’re responsible for everything done through your account.3.2 Your ContentYou can upload content like text, images, or videos ("User Content") for ads. By uploading, you give WorldsWave a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it to provide the Service.3.3 RulesYou agree not to:Use the Service illegally.Upload content that’s infringing, offensive, or harmful.Disrupt the Service with hacks, viruses, or spam.4. Our Rights4.1 OwnershipThe Service, including its design and tools (excluding User Content), belongs to WorldsWave and is protected by law.4.2 Your LicenseWe give you a limited, revocable right to use the Service for advertising purposes under these Terms.5. Ad RulesYour ads must follow WorldsWave’s Advertising Guidelines and all laws. We can reject or remove any ad that doesn’t comply.6. PaymentsSome features cost money. Fees are shown at checkout and are non-refundable unless we say otherwise. You’re responsible for taxes.7. TerminationWe can suspend or end your access to the Service anytime, especially if you break these Terms. You’ll still owe any fees due before termination.8. No GuaranteesThe Service is "as is." We don’t promise it’ll work perfectly, be available always, or meet all your needs.9. Liability LimitWorldsWave isn’t liable for indirect damages like lost profits from using the Service. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.10. Your IndemnityYou’ll cover any losses WorldsWave faces from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.11. Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted here. Keep using the Service
